Bacon & Philadelphia Pops

This is a different way to make pops! I'm sure everyone loves cake pops but sometimes you crave for something salty instead of sweet. You can make this as appetizers for a party or as a side dish as well! A clever idea that will make you want more!

Ingredients:
- 6-8 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 green chilies (optional)
- 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese

Preparation:
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon on low until  crispy.
2. When the bacon is cool, crumble it in a food processor, adding the black pepper. Set the crumble bacon aside.
3. Cut the chilies into tiny cubes.
4. Clean the food processor, and then add the chilies and the philadelphia and whiz until smooth.
5. Make little balls with the cheese and put them in the freezer for 15 min.
6. Finally, roll the philadelphia balls in the crumbled bacon until they are all covered.
